Thinking of 2011

It feels like a long time has passed since I was last in Albany competing in the 2010 Freihofer’s Run for Women! I had such a great time out there! Each and every year, I love coming to your special town – not only to have the opportunity to race the best athletes on the globe, but also to spend some time out in the local community, talking to children in schools and people present at the event, to pass on my message of how great it feels to be fit, eat well and thus get the most out of our lives as a result! I do love the enthusiasm that I am greeted with during each and every school visit. Now, moving forward, I would really like to share in your fitness goals and overall journey along with providing an insight into my travels as an elite athlete, as we approach the 2011 Freihofer’s Run for Women!
