In browsing the local blogging world, we’ve noticed there are plenty of you online writing about your training habits, nutrition, race reports, and plenty of other topics. Considering we had more than 4,000 registered runners this year at FRW, we thought you might like to connect with one another. We certainly would like to know more about you! So we’ve added a community forum on the site to help. The purpose of this forum is to help you get more information about the Freihofer’s Run, offer us feedback, answer one another’s questions and share your goals, training tips and general running news with others.
